Liangtouyang Center is located in the northwestern part of Fenghuang County, Xiangxi Prefecture, Hunan Province, where traffic is blocked, the economy is poor, and the culture is backward. There are 263 students and 13 teachers in the school. According to Chen Wujun, the president of the Phoenix Volunteer Love Association, due to poverty, almost all children in this remote elementary school are left-behind children. They have never used a computer or their favorite toys. They read books without supervision and cannot get safe. It is guaranteed that most of them have never been to Phoenix County, let alone the tourist attractions in Phoenix County, but the school has been running for decades still adhering to the mission of'Let Dashan Children Go Out'. With this in mind, Chairman Yang Juan also wants to help these poor children by her own ability to do good deeds, hope and gather energy.
